Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Policy

  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping within Canada on orders over CA$200.
  • Processing Times: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
  • Pre-Orders: If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order will ship once all items are available.
  • Tracking: All orders include tracking. Please use your tracking number for estimated delivery timeframes once your order has shipped.
  • Delays: We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package is in transit.
  • Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship only within Canada. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or locations outside Canada.


Return Policy 

We want you to love your shoes! If they’re not the most comfortable shoes you’ve ever worn, you may return qualifying item(s) for a refund or exchange them within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note, that return shipping cost is a customer's responsibility. 

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in new condition
  • In their original packaging (including all accessories, tags, and inserts)
  • Returned with a separate request for each order — items from multiple orders cannot be combined into one return package. Combining items from different orders may delay or void processing

Non-returnable items include:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

 

How to start a return

Contact us at info@sobarefoot.ca to request a return authorization and receive instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after inspection. Processing times depend on your payment provider.


Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for size or color on the same product, subject to stock availability. To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us at info@sobarefoot.ca with your order number and the item you wish to exchange.
  2. Exchanges must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns (unworn, unused, original packaging).
  3. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will issue store credit or a refund instead.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages 
We carefully package all orders before shipping. However, if your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:

  • Report any damages to info@sobarefoot.ca within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the packaging and product.
  • For lost packages, please notify us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can open an investigation with the carrier. Once the investigation is complete, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.
