At soBarefoot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes aren’t the most comfortable shoes you’ve ever worn, you may return eligible items for a refund or store credit according to the terms below.
Eligibility for Refunds

Items must be unworn, unused, and in new condition.

Items must be in their original packaging, including all tags, inserts, and accessories.

You must submit your return request within 14 days of the delivery date.

Each order requires a separate return request — items from multiple orders cannot be combined into one return package.

Return Process

Email info@sobarefoot.ca with your order number and reason for return to request a return authorization.

Once approved, we will send return instructions.

Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method after we inspect the returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions.

Processing time for refunds depends on your payment provider, but may take up to 10 business days after we issue the refund.

If your return does not meet the eligibility requirements, we may refuse the refund and send the item back to you at your expense.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for size or color on eligible items, subject to availability. Please follow the return process above and note in your email that you wish to exchange rather than receive a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
